We named our house 'des Arbres ' because of the large variety of trees in the garden.

des Arbres is situated in the village of Nueil les Aubiers, Deux Sevres, South West France. Offering spacious 3 or 4 bedroomed accomodation, mature garden and swimming pool, des Arbres is the ideal setting for you to explore our region of France.

Originally designed as a private discotheque, the gite comprises three en-suite double bedrooms. The very large living/dining area has a wood burning stove. Two pairs of patio doors lead to a private terrace shaded by a beautiful mulberry tree. Another set of patio doors open on to the large swimming pool. There is a modern well equipped kitchen. The living/dining area has beautiful natural stone tiles, leather corner settee and armchair and a 37" flat screen televison. An additional toilet and washbasin are just off the hall. A very large fourth en-suite bedroom is also available if required. Free wireless Internet access is provided.
